About the Role:
Gafix is looking for a sharp Data Analyst to turn data into insights and support data-informed decision making across teams. You'll work with large datasets, build reports, and surface trends that help guide product and business strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business needs
• Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports for stakeholders
• Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams
• Maintain data integrity and drive data literacy across the company

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or similar role
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with large datasets and statistical analysis
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis
• Familiarity with data warehousing solutions (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake)
• Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation
