Each package includes a mix of audits, fixes, event tracking, and integration services. Below is a detailed comparison.

If your needs go beyond these packages, you can request a custom solution using a separate form.

How Do You Find, Select, and Request a Pro Service?

To start using GAfix Pro Services, follow the steps below to locate the services, select your plan, and submit your request.

Where to Find GAfix Pro Services?

You can access the GAfix Pro Services section from multiple areas within the platform:

  • Homepage: Look for the “Pro Services” banner or quick-access section
  • Pricing Page: View and compare Bronze, Silver, and Gold packages
  • Navigation Bar: Click on the “Hire Us” or “Services” tab
  • Audit Dashboard:  If your self-serve audit shows issues, you’ll see an upgrade prompt
  • Dedicated Services Page: Lists all available packages with feature breakdowns

Clicking on any of these will take you to the service selection page.

Choose the Right Service Package

On the services page:

  1. Review the Bronze, Silver, and Gold packages.
  2. Each package includes a summary of the features and pricing.
  3. Click “Get Started” under the plan that fits your business needs.
  4. You’ll be directed to a short form to begin your request.

Fill Out the Service Request Form

After selecting a package, complete the required service request form. This form helps the GAfix team understand your analytics setup and requirements.

You’ll be asked to provide:

  • Contact Information: Name, email, and company details
  • Website URL: The domain where GA4 is implemented
  • Current GA4 Setup Summary: Any existing tracking or known issues
  • Service Requirements: Events, e-commerce tracking, Ads integration
  • Access Preferences: Whether you’ll provide GA access or prefer a guided setup
  • Scheduling Preferences (Optional): Choose to book a consultation if needed

Once the form is submitted, the request will be reviewed by the GAfix team.

Book a Consultation (Optional but Recommended)

After submitting the form, you can use the integrated calendar to book a 15–30 minute consultation call with the GAfix team.

Booking a call is optional but recommended if:

  • You have a complex tracking setup.
  • You need guidance on prioritizing tasks.
  • You want clarity on scope, deliverables, and timelines.

Calls are conducted via video to help align expectations before implementation begins.

What to Expect After Payment?

Once you’ve selected your package and submitted your service request form, follow these steps to complete payment and implement.

Complete Your Payment

For standard Bronze, Silver, and Gold packages:

  • Select the desired package from the Services page.
  • Go through the secure checkout process.
  • After successful payment, you’ll be redirected to submit your service request form (if not already submitted).

For custom service requests:

  • Fill out the Custom Solutions Form with details about your tracking needs.
  • The GAfix team will contact you with a proposed scope and pricing.

  • Payment is handled securely via Stripe or bank transfer after agreement on deliverables.

What Happens After Payment?

Once both your payment and service request form are complete:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your submission details
  • The GAfix team will review your request within 1 business day
  • If a consultation call was booked, it will be conducted before implementation starts
  • Your service will begin based on the scope and timelines discussed
  • You’ll receive status updates and email notifications throughout the project

Request a Custom GA4 Service (If Needed)

If your requirements, such as multiple domains, complex conversions, or tool-specific GA4 integrations, are not covered by the standard packages, you can request a tailored solution.

In the Custom Solutions form, include:

  • Goals: What insights or outcomes do you want from GA4
  • Platforms: CMS, ecommerce platform, or marketing tools used
  • Data Needs: Type of reporting, attribution, or conversions you need
  • Challenges: Technical blockers or past issues with implementation

After reviewing your request, the GAfix team will respond with a custom plan and quote.
