Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and documentation
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Support product and engineering teams with planning and prioritization
• Track project progress and report on key metrics

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or consulting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms
• Experience with project management or product documentation tools
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to product development or tech projects
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with user experience principles
