About the Role:
We’re looking for a talented and experienced Design Lead to join our team at Gafix. In this role, you will drive the design vision across our digital experiences, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, high-impact solutions. You'll lead by example—guiding design execution, mentoring team members, and elevating the overall quality of our visual and user experience standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process for key products and initiatives
• Translate complex ideas into clear, simple user experiences
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and deliver on user needs
• Maintain and evolve our design systems and brand guidelines
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI design, UX thinking, and end-to-end product execution
• Proficiency in Figma or other modern design tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
• A user-first mindset and attention to visual detail

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a fast-paced SaaS or startup environment
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies
