Sign in to GAfix.ai

You can sign in to your GAfix.ai account using your email or through third-party login options like Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, or Slack. Just follow the steps below to access your account.

• Go to the GAfix.ai website and click Sign Up at the top right corner.
• Enter your email address and password, then click “Login.”

Sign in with Google

1. Open GAfix.ai in your browser.
2. Click the Sign Up button at the top right corner.
3. On the login page, click the Google icon.
4. If you're already signed into a Google account, select it. If not, enter your Google email and click Next.
5. Enter your Google password and click Next.
6. After successful authentication, you’ll be redirected to the GAfix app.

Sign in with Microsoft

1. On the login page, click the Microsoft icon.
2. A Microsoft login window will appear. Select your account if you're already signed in.
3. If not, enter your Microsoft email and click Next.
4. Enter your password and click Sign in.
5. After authentication, you’ll be redirected to the app.

Sign in with LinkedIn

1. Click the LinkedIn icon on the login page.
2. A LinkedIn sign-in window will open. Select your account or enter your email/phone and click Next.
3. Enter your password and click Sign in.
4. After successful login, you’ll be redirected to GAfix app.

Sign in with Slack

1. Click the Slack icon on the login page.

2. A new window will take you to the Slack login screen. If you're already signed in, click Authorize to allow access to GAfix.ai.

3. If not logged in, enter your Slack workspace name and click Continue.

4.Provide your email and password for the Slack account, then click Sign in.

5.You can also use Google or Apple sign-in options from the Slack page.

6. Once authenticated, click Allow, and you’ll be logged into GAfix via Slack.

Troubleshooting

1. Forgot Your Password?

Click on the “Forgot password?” link on the login page. A recovery code will be sent to your registered GAfix.ai email address.

2. Not Receiving Emails?

• Ensure you're using the correct registered email for your GAfix.ai account.
• Check your Inbox, Spam, or Trash folders.
• If you’re still not receiving emails, please contact our support team for further help.
