
How to Connect Your GA4 Property
Before you can run a GA4 audit on GAfix.ai, you’ll need to connect your Google account and select the property you want to review. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you get started.
- Go to www.gafix.ai and click on either the “Sign up” button or the “Try for Free” CTA on the homepage to begin.
- Log into your account using your preferred method- email & password, Google, Microsoft, or any other login option.

- Then, click the “Run Audit” button at the top-right corner of the screen.
Steps to Connect a GA4 Property
1. Click “Connect GA4 Account”

- In the pop-up, select the “Connect GA4 Account” option.
- You’ll be redirected to a Google sign-in page.
2. Sign in and Authorize Access

- Choose the Google account that has access to your GA4 property.
- Grant GAfix permission to view and analyze your GA4 data.
Tip: If authorization fails, make sure you're logged into the correct Google account and try again.
3. Choose Your GA4 Property

- After a successful connection, you’ll see a list of Google Analytics accounts linked to your email. Select the GA account you want to audit.

- Then you’ll see a list of all GA4 properties linked to your account, select the property you want to audit.
4. Run the GA4 Audit

- Click “Generate Audit Report” to begin the analysis.
- The tool will automatically start generating the report.

- Once complete, click on “View Audit Report”- this will take you to the dashboard where you can review the full results.
5. Review Your Checkpoints
- If you're a free user, you’ll be able to view all 7 available checkpoints included in the Free Plan.

- Click the dropdown beside each checkpoint to view more details about that specific audit check.

- If you try to access any locked export or checkpoint, a pop-up will appear prompting you to upgrade.
